Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy

At Bond, we offer a month long grace period immediately after new clients enroll in multi-month matchmaking packages. If you are not satisfied with our services during this period, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made by contacting us at contact@bondclubnyc.com within this period.

Delivery of Services Policy

Our matchmaking services are delivered through:

• Initial Consultation: Clients will receive an initial consultation within 2 weeks from the commencement of services.

• Ongoing Matches: We guarantee at least one match per month. These matches are introductions to other individuals within our network. Service extensions will be provided at no additional cost if a match per month cannot be made.

Return Policy

As the services involve personal matchmaking and consultations, traditional returns of goods do not apply. However, clients can express dissatisfaction within the first month for a refund as specified in our Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are governed by the following terms:

• Trial Period Cancellation: Clients may cancel their service agreement within the first month of signing up for a full refund. After this period, while the service may be discontinued at the client's request, no refunds will be provided.
