Trust & Safety
Last Updated: January 2026
At BOND, we are committed to fostering meaningful, respectful, and safe connections within our private network. Your safety, privacy, and well-being are fundamental to how we operate—both during BOND-facilitated introductions and beyond.
We encourage all members and users to remain mindful, intentional, and proactive about personal safety at every stage of their experience.
If you are ever in immediate danger, please call 911 or your local emergency services number.
If you experience behavior that feels inappropriate, misleading, or unsafe involving someone connected through BOND, please report it to our Trust & Safety team:
📩 contact@bondclubnyc.com
All reports are reviewed confidentially and taken seriously.
Important Notices
BOND advisors, matchmakers, and representatives will never request to meet you in person outside of a confirmed introduction, consultation, or official BOND event.
BOND will never ask for your password, login credentials, or financial account information via email, phone, or text.
We do not conduct support through unofficial phone numbers or personal accounts.
Any individual or entity claiming affiliation with BOND without verification should be considered unauthorized.
If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent BOND in a way that feels unusual, deceptive, or inappropriate, please notify us immediately at contact@bondclubnyc.com.
Date Safety Guidelines
BOND introductions are designed to prioritize comfort, discretion, and safety.
Please keep the following best practices in mind:
First dates should always take place in public, well-populated locations.
If a date pressures you to move to a private or isolated location, you are encouraged to end the date.
Trust your boundaries regarding alcohol, substances, and pacing. You should never feel pressured.
Never leave drinks or personal items unattended.
Arrange your own transportation so you can leave at any time.
Inform a trusted friend or family member of your date plans.
Consider sharing your live location with someone you trust.
Avoid sharing sensitive personal information early on (home address, workplace, routine locations, full birth date).
Keep your phone charged and accessible.
Trust your instincts. If something feels off, it is always okay to leave immediately.
Some venues allow discreet safety signaling to staff (e.g., ordering an “Angel Shot”).
Communication & Privacy
Until you are comfortable, we recommend communicating through BOND-facilitated channels rather than sharing personal contact information.
Protect your private information, including phone number, email, address, and financial details.
Never send money, gifts, or financial information to someone you met through BOND. Requests of this nature should be reported immediately.
Sexual Health & Consent
Open communication about boundaries and expectations is encouraged.
It is reasonable to discuss STI testing and protection before sexual contact.
Protection can reduce—but not eliminate—the risk of STI transmission.
Consent is mandatory, ongoing, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Never proceed if a partner is unsure or unable to consent due to alcohol or substances.
Human Trafficking Prevention & Reporting
BOND maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion of any kind.
We actively monitor reports, user behavior, and communications for indicators of trafficking or exploitation. If BOND reasonably suspects or detects activity involving human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or related criminal behavior, we will:
Immediately restrict or terminate access to the platform
Preserve relevant records as required by law
Report suspected activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities and/or the National Human Trafficking Hotline
BOND cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in any investigation involving suspected trafficking or exploitation.
Reporting Violations
Please report any violations of BOND’s standards, including but not limited to:
Harassment, coercion, or inappropriate conduct
Requests for money, gifts, or financial information
Misrepresentation or impersonation
Privacy breaches or misuse of member information
